A new series on the Travel Channel is featuring the First State. Delaware's "Ghost Nation" episode premieres Friday, Nov. 15 at 10 p.m. and features paranormal investigators Jason Hawes, Steve Gonsalves and Dave Tango.
The show, which premiered in October, brings the trio—who are pioneers of the genre from Syfy Channel’s "Ghost Hunters"—back to TV. In "Ghost Nation," the team gets back to its roots, helping homeowners who are dealing with harrowing hauntings and people whose lives have been overtaken and threatened by unexplained phenomena. Each of the 10, hour-long episodes features a high-stakes case and a robust, multi-stage investigation that begins with a shocking paranormal story and a tantalizing piece of evidence, according to a news release.

In the show’s Delaware episode, "The House at Deadman's Curve," the trio heads to Dover to help a local paranormal investigator with her childhood home. The investigation uncovers evidence that the haunting may be connected to a deadly stretch of road just yards from the property, according to a news release.
Using state-of-the-art technology and meticulous methodology, the team—under its new banner, United Paranormal Research Organization (UPRO)—faces challenging and dangerous paranormal mysteries throughout the region
"My local organization handles cases all across the East Coast," Hawes said in a news release. "But in the last 20 years, because the paranormal movement has become so huge and spread all over the world, we formed an organization to connect all those involved in the field– fans, investigators or those just searching for answers to questions. Many organizations reach out to us for help with their best and toughest cases."
