Two of the best chefs in Delaware are here in the Wilmington area: Bill Hoffman, who is the owner of The House of William and Merry, and Pat D’Amico, who is the chef at Harry’s Savoy Grill. Both chefs have a great reputation and put out some great food. When I want something more casual I would say, hands down, Chelsea Tavern. They have a great selection of draft beers and fantastic food.
