Delaware Art Museum in Wilmington

The museum is still celebrating its first 100 years, and in what better way than celebrating regional artists? The year begins with the Centennial Juried
Exhibition, featuring the diverse work of 96 outstanding regional artists who represent the state of the visual arts today. See it Oct. 20-Jan 13. “State of the Art: Illustration 100 Years After Howard Pyle” follows Feb. 9-June 1 with work by the most influential and iconic graphic artists in recent history. If you ever wondered who created the indelible “I Love New York” logo, find out here. Finally, look for a traveling show of French photography to open June 29. It’s expected to be a smash hit.
