The Christi Awards will be held at the Christina Cultural Arts Center in Wilmington on Nov. 2.
The CCAC is gearing up for its annual Christi Awards, which honor unsung individuals who have made significant contributions to the arts. The 2012 awards ceremony, “Dream Chasers & Whimsy Makers,” happens Nov. 2. Executive director Raye Jones Avery promises “a storybook adventure of fantasy.” The 21st anniversary holiday performance this year features Eleone Dance Theatre in “Carols in Color,” a dance musical about the birth of Christ, in December, date TBA.
