Stacy Amon, 31, knows the true value of curb appeal. A local Realtor, Amon has been creating real estate brochures since the eighth grade, when her parents sold their house. Today she focuses on Trolley Square, Wilmington and North Wilmington, where, she says, first-time homebuyers are driving the market. Attractive homes and attractive Realtors don’t hurt, either. “Curb appeal is where the fashionista comes in,” she says.

French Connection dress, $168, and Paul and Joe Sister leather jacket, $450, both at NV Boutique in Newark. Boots and necklace are Stacy’s. Hair by Courtney Turner, makeup by Clayton Stacy, both of Sherif Zaki in Greenville.
