Leipsic is a tiny watermans village on Del. 9—six streets. The namesake creek defines the northern edge. Crabbers tie ther boats up at famous Sambo’s Tavern, a popular place where NASCAR drivers are known to eat steamed local blue crabs on race weekends at nearby Dover International Speedway.
