When Camden’s new Town Hall was built, 2007, the building became a symbol of an area on the rise. Camden is still home to historical properties, but there’s a good mix of new subdivisions and established communities. While Camden offers rural living, with many homes bordering soybean fields, the capital city of Dover and major employment araeas are nearby. Camden students are served by the Caesar Rodney School District.
