Neef is a woman with a plan. She and her
husband have three children, she runs a
planning company, designs jewelry, serves
as president of the local PTA and volunteers
with the Real Charitable Housewives of Delaware.
“My fabulousness stems from my family, friends
and fellow volunteers,” says Neef, who has
planned all of her personal and family events
since she was 13. “I can’t help myself. You
have to work to make it work.”
