His second-place showing at the Delaware State Amateur Championship (Back Creek Golf Club) helped him amass a season-high 360 points. Top 10 finishes at the DSGA Open Championship (King’s Creek Country Club) and the Mid-Open Championship (Hartefeld National) rounded out his award-winning season.

His win at the Junior Championship (Newark Country Club) marked his third straight victory in that event. He also finished tied for sixth place in the Amateur Championship (Back Creek Golf Club).
