Kirby & Holloway is the story of a small eatery that could—and did become a Dover dining landmark. Established in 1948 with counter service only, the restaurant now boasts three dining areas and a 50-seat banquet room. Its iconic red sign continues to welcome hungry folks who chow down on the made-from-scratch dinner rolls, chicken-fried steak, waffles, K&H burger platters and homemade desserts.
