The Faces of Innovation in Community Banking
Innovation is fundamental to the culture of WSFS Bank, and over 1,000 innovators come to work there every day. Associates take ownership of that culture and continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, enhance interfaces and deliver seamless customer experiences. Being entrepreneurial and innovative is not new to WSFS. The bank pioneered the checking access (debit) card in the 1970s, and was most recently among the first to launch Mobile Cash, a cardless ATM technology, at all WSFS banking offices.
The faces of innovation are Associates from various divisions throughout the company.
