We offer four beautiful locations to choose from and the ability to host and serve groups large and small. The Goodstay Conference Center in Wilmington is an 18th Century mansion and gardens perfect for intimate gatherings. This conference center provides a ballroom, meeting, and dining rooms for up to 75 people, a Tudor garden, plus all of your planning and catering needs. Arsht Hall in Wilmington is a state-of-the-art modern conference facility with access to the same beautiful gardens at Goodstay, in addition to a pond. The hall consists of multipurpose rooms for up to 250 people and a spacious lobby area with fireplace perfect for banquets and socializing. Clayton Hall in Newark is our largest meeting space with all the latest technology, set in a campus environment, offering 22 conference and meeting rooms for up to 1,000 people, lunch/dinner, banquet facilities for up to 500, plus a 500-seat auditorium, and 7,000 sq. ft. exhibition area. All are conveniently adjacent to the UD Courtyard by Marriott, available for overnight accommodations. The Virden Retreat Center, located in the peaceful historic beach town of Lewes, offers a unique meeting space in a change-of-pace environment with 4 meeting rooms, accommodating up to 100, a spacious lobby, overnight lodging, and the opportunity to entertain outdoors.
