The Courtyard Café – located in the 126-room Courtyard Newark at the University of Delaware located on UD’s Laird Campus next the Clayton Hall Conference Center in the heart of Newark Delaware. The Café is open daily for breakfast and dinner. The Courtyard Breakfast is a full buffet that features eggs and omelets cooked to order by our chefs, fresh fruit and pastries, oatmeal, breakfast meats, cereals, and a selection of juices and hot beverages. The Café breakfast widely know as the “best breakfast” in Newark. For dinner, the Café offers a fine menu of regional cuisine, featuring lump crab cakes (our house specialty!), Blue Hen Chicken, steaks, and fresh seafood. Full beverage service and wine list is available to accompany your meal selections. Private receptions and meals can also be arranged in our banquet facilities.
