David Facciolo holds a Bachelor of Arts from American University and obtained his Juris Doctor from Washington College of Law at the American University

David is admitted to the bars of Delaware and Pennsylvania. David is also a member of the Delaware and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

David brings more than 32 years of litigation experience and an unwavering commitment to ethics to the practice.

Carl Minster holds a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University, and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.

Carl is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. Carl is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Carl has 15 years of legal experience. He brings an unparalleled attention to detail to the practice of law.
