Felice Glennon Kerr, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of MacElree Harvey, Ltd. She is a divorce and family law attorney and also acts as a mediator, arbitrator and parent coordinator. Ms. Kerr earned her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University in Pennsylvania and her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. She was a clerk in Family Court in 1989 before beginning private practice in 1990. She joined MacElree Harvey as a partner in 2007. Ms. Kerr was a past chair of the family law section of the Delaware State Bar Association, was chairman of the Lawyers Fund for Client Protection for six years, and was twice named a Top Lawyer in Delaware Today magazine. She hopes to expand on the mediation, arbitration and parent coordination areas of her practice in the future.
