When you enter the office of Dr. Jillann Hounsell, it is immediately apparent that quality, affordability, and patient comfort are a priority.
Dr. Hounsell’s new office was professionally designed and constructed with state of the art features for general, family, and cosmetic dentistry. Some of the most exciting features include the digital x-rays which reduce patient exposure to radiation, enable patient understanding of a diagnosis, and treatment. There is also a computerized system to ease patient medical record entry and treatment planning.

Dr. Hounsell has also installed a water purification system which removes potential contaminants and provides a safer patient experience. In addition, Dr. Hounsell’s waiting room has a patient accessible WiFi connection available for those that desire high speed access to the internet.

Dr. Hounsell was born and raised in Hockessin, Delaware and is a 1998 graduate of the Marquette University School of Dentistry. She completed her residency at the highly competitive and nationally respected Christiana Hospital Dental Program. Dr. Hounsell is committed to providing a professional, quality, and expert experience for her patients. She has a long history of exceeding patient expectations.

Dr. Hounsell believes that patients should be able to afford top quality dental care. Consequently she participates with numerous insurance companies in an effort to reduce out of pocket costs for her patients.
As a working mother of two, Dr. Hounsell knows the value of time. She will consider the patient’s needs by scheduling family appointments together. Dr. Hounsell has flexible appointments and is available for emergency needs.
