Dr. Chipman, a Delaware native, is a graduate of The University of Virginia and the University of Maryland Dental School. He is a member of the Delaware State Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. The entire office was recently renovated in the summer of 2008 with the most modern equipment
available, including digital x-rays. New patients are always welcome.
