Owner Ralph papa is old school, and so are his prices. He ages cheese, stuffs chicken breasts (try the cordon bleu), bakes pizza pies, sautees broccoli raab, and simmers chicken stock to sell by the quart. Papa's affordable signature olive oil is as good as name brands.
