At Christmas, Bachetti Bros. Gourmet Meat Market handed off nearly 400 pounds of fresh kielbasa to its customers. The secret? The sweet and salty links are seasoned with garlic powder and a pinch of sugar. Meat manager Michael Quimby prepares three varieties of Italian sausage, too: a sweet one, a hot one and one flavored with fennel.
