A certified instructor teaches a year-round mat- and floor-based Pilates class with a focus on core training and stretching. The class is open to all levels. The instructor tailors moves to meet the experience of each participant. Classes range from five to 15 students. The instructor provides exercises balls and other equipment for occasional use during the class, in addition to mats. A $10 drop-in fee covers all classes at The Village Gym for one day. Some membership plans include Pilates classes.
