We believe the study and practice of yoga is available and life-changing for everyone. We trust in the traditional texts and teachings, and have experienced their profound affects on our lives; we hope to share this with our students.
Tulaa means "balance" in sanskrit. We chose this name for our studio with the intention of offering asana, pranayama and meditation to help each student find balance - in their body, their breath, and their mind.
We offer Vinyasa classes that are suitable for all levels, and a weekly Beginner's class that is perfect for those brand new to yoga. We welcome drop-ins at any time.
