A 45/45 Hi/Lo Pilates class incorporates 45 minutes of classic floor aerobics and ends with 45 minutes of intense Pilates. The class is designed for moderate impact and varied intensity. The center also offers a classic Pilates class, designed to increase core strength and endurance. In addition, the Power Pump class offers a complete body workout incorporating weights and Pilates with varied intensity and low impact. Participants must bring a mat for all Pilates classes. The class is open to all levels.
