Certified instructors teach Mat Pilates and Pilates on the Ball in classes of five to 20. Classes focus on strengthening the powerhouse region of the body: core muscles, inner and outer thighs, and buttocks. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats, but exercise balls are provided. Beginner and intermediate levels are offered. Sign up is on a monthly basis, with classes priced at $6 per hour. Membership is not required.
