Forever Fit is the only personal training business to have a full apparatus Pilates studio in both Kent and Sussex counties. Certified professionals teach the apparatus and mat classes. Exercises incorporate the body-mind connection by using breathing techniques and the deep abdominal muscles. Classes are capped off at 10 students. Private sessions are also offered. Classes cost $18 each.
