This center offers the unique Core program to correct imbalances and stabilize weak muscles from the inside out. The Kinesis cable-pulley system allows for more than 550 different movements for a total workout. Trainers are certified. There's nutrition coaching, golf and tennis programs, massage therapy and more. Also popular is R.E.S.U.L.T.S., a seven-week weight loss program and Pre-Pageant Fitness Enhancement led by owner Arianne Missimer, a former Miss Delaware USA delegate. Private showers and changing areas are on site.
