E is for Eileen Keegan. She owns E's on Main Street Café and Catering. She's also the creative force behind the soups. Keegan and her team start at 7 each morning to produce three kinds of homemade soup from scratch—12 gallons total. All 26 of E's soups come from Keegan's special recipes. They are made with "real" ingredients such as heavy cream and butter. Soup is served in-house and to-go. Curbside service and delivery are available. Each morning, the café faxes a soups du jour alert o 70 local businesses. E's three most popular soups—cream tomato, sweet potato and leek, and Italian wedding—are available through the Internet.
