Salmon rolls get top marks from the Leishear family, but you can’t go wrong with any of The Cultured Pearl’s creative sushi offerings. The signature Delaware roll combines crunchy cucumber with avocado, asparagus and strips of a dried gourd called kanpyo. Eating on the Zen-like rooftop deck makes it an extra special treat.
