Still new, Donny Merrill’s Skipjack made a lot of friends with its Sunday brunch and Bloody Mary bar. You won’t find anything too extravagant, but you get to make them your way in the company of others who appreciate the restaurant’s great efforts.

Chef-owner Donny Merrill says regulars would revolt if he ever removed antelope from the menu at Skipjack. The preparation changes from time to time, but the espresso-grilled version with white chocolate celeriac, mango rosemary relish, spring onions and Brie crostini was a hit.
