A place that invites customers to “drink like a fish” better have some dynamite cocktails to back it up. Pig + Fish Restaurant Co. does. The Key lime martini is a sweet and strong mixture of vanilla vodka, white creme de cocoa, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice and cream. Flavored vodkas turn up again in summery drinks such as the Grape Crush and the Prickly Pear, as well as the omnipresent Firefly Sweet Tea vodka and lemonade cocktail.
