Picture succulent braised short rib burritos with shallot-lime vinaigrette and pickled cubanelles, or slow-cooked citrus pork tacos with housemade pineapple-habañero salsa. Lines stretch out the door at lunchtime—even Jill Biden joined the queue.
At El Diablo, you’ll find them filled with everything from real steak to marinated
chicken to braised short rib. You’ll find guacamole and beans, but you’ll also find such
