Bluecoast Seafood Grill is situated right on the shore of Salt Pond, near Indian River
Bay, and the dining room window faces due west, so you’ll see the sun drop into the
surrounding water and woods in what is one of the most beautiful vistas in the state.

From 2010:

The bad news is Bluecoast Seafood Grill removed its in-house fish market. The good news is it installed a brand-new raw bar. Now, in addition to all the great fish bought in from Congressional Seafood and local sources, the restaurant will serve clams, oysters and shrimp from up and down the coast. It doesn’t get much better than watching the sun set over the bay with some flash-fried baby lobster tails or steamed shrimp dumplings—both customer favorites.
