The sweet potato- and pecan-crusted catfish is made with farm-raised fish that is seared, coated in grated sweet potato and pecans, baked and served with an andouille sausage cream. On the third Sunday of the month, Miss Mattie’s Southern Dinner offers a catfish or fried chicken entrée paired with such sides as fried okra, collard greens, stewed tomatoes, mac and cheese, and cabbage, to name a few.
