Hate flying but want to experience world cuisines? Book a visit to Ameritage Restaurant and Lounge, where the menu is re-made around a different country every other month. In April and May, for example, chef Nick Devine featured the foods of Brazil, which included feijoada, a stew made with black beans, rice, sausage, duck, pork, collard greens and citrus, as well as moqueca, snapper cooked in tomato, coconut milk, spring onion, cilantro and chili peppers. Devine has also prepared the foods of Italy, France, Cuba and Germany. This month, he’s offering the foods and wines of Greece.
