Essential Information

33 W. Loockerman St.
Dover, DE

302-735-9822

From 2012:

33 West is the lunch spot in Dover—a power place and a casual place at the same time.
Regulars go for good food with a twist at perfectly reasonable prices.

From 2010:

Lunch at 33 West is so good, we’re running out of dishes to praise. Customers prefer the blackened steak and spinach salad, built around sliced sirloin, baby spinach and black bean relish. The Dagwood sandwich, named for the perpetually hungry comic character, is sliced roast beef with horseradish sauce and caramelized onions on toasted focaccia. Power lunch? How about a liquid lunch: Beginning in September, 33 West will stock 35 varieties of import and microbrew bottles.

From 2008:

Everyone knows 33 West is the place for a power lunch, and where to spot anyone who’s anyone in Dover. But how about the food? It’s top-notch, as any of those power players can attest. The salads, soups, grilled veggies and sandwiches—like chicken panini, mojito grilled chicken and the California club—rule.
