Town & Country Salon is a full-service hair salon specializing in hair color. In business since 1971, it can handle everything from walk-ins to large bridal parties. Owner Carrie Rutt started at Town & Country as a shampoo assistant. She acquired her cosmetology license while apprenticing there and styled hair for 15 years before becoming general manager. In 2007 she bought the salon. Of the 37 years the salon has been in operation, Ms. Rutt has been there for more than 16 of them.

Town & Country employs 52 people: 32 hair stylists and 20 support staff. Ms. Rutt is proud to have seven Redken-certified hairstylists in the group. Having gone through the certification herself, she knows how tough it can be and what a great accomplishment it is. The salon recently added manicures to its list of services. It also now offers the Brazilian Keratin treatment for curly hair. Ms. Rutt hopes to continue to run a successful salon and looks forward to someday expanding the business and offering other spa services.

The Bling Salon is great. First everyone is extremley nice. Smiles and friendlienst make you feel very relaxed. The products they use on your hair is outstanding. The treatment is Top Notch.The shampoo and condition treament is as long the hair treatment. They massage you for 30 miniutes while relaxing in massage chair with feet up and eyes covered for relaxation. No Cell phones allowed Yeah!!! Don't have to hear private stupid conversations. The refreshments are just that... Cold glass that sparkles., water that is refreshing. All the services that i have recevied were better than i expected and over the top. The Pedicure products felt like silk. They let your feet soak before working which is the way a pedicure should be. Bling don't change a thing.
