Ever After | A Wild Wedding
Sussex County natives Kaitlin Economos and Burr Monroe have traveled the globe—from the Virgin Islands and Central America to Thailand, Singapore, Sumatra and Bali—in search of the perfect wave, wildlife, exotic food and culture. The Economos family’s 38-acre wooded preserve served as their wedding site. The ceremony was held under a wooden arch built by the couple. Wildflowers and herbs from a local farmer were used in the bouquets. Kaitlin had 12 bridesmaids, including her five sisters, who wore dresses in hues of peach. Everyone danced all night under a white tent to the popular local band Island Boyz.
