Ice cream made with liquid nitrogen should have been expected by guests when Ph.D. scientists Lindley Winslow of Wilmington and Jacob Siegel married last fall. The couple exchanged vows at the Cathedral Church of Saint John, then led everyone to—where else?—the Delaware Museum of Natural History in Greenville to celebrate. A kiss in front of dinosaur bones? Well, that was to be expected, too.
