Rebecca Faber of Wilmington was working as an unpaid intern in the Delaware Economic Development Office in 1998 when she heard about an opening at World Trade Center Delaware. She has worked at growing the private nonprofit ever since. WTC Delaware helps small- and medium-sized companies learn how to do business overseas. As president and CEO, she has two main goals: encourage the corporate community to help the small companies and to diversify revenue sources to ensure the organization’s long-term survival.
