“Loving what you do and finding like-minded people to join in on the fun,” is Mariah Calagione’s secret to success. Calagione of Lewes is vice president of Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach and Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, one of the largest craft breweries in the country. While her husband, Sam, was experimenting with home brew after college, Calagione worked in television. When the restaurant added a brewery, Calagione joined on full-time. She now works closely with management, especially marketing. It’s a big time for Dogfish, which is expanding its brewery in Milton.
