Former “Action News” reporter Lauren Wilson of Bear wears two hats. As public information officer for Colonial School District, she manages communications and promotes district programs. As owner of Visionary Insight Productions, she does video production for private clients. “I thought being at Channel 6 for so long was a great accomplishment, but when the company told me it no longer thought Delaware had enough news to warrant having a dedicated reporter, I was forced to re-invent myself,” Wilson says. “Now I hope to help build VIP to become a leading production company in the area. We are in the growing process now, re-investing funds into the business so we can enhance what we do.”
