Until recently, the 42-year-old Delaware Contractors Association never had a woman at the helm. That changed when Ellen Rohrbach, a construction engineer for Greggo & Ferrara, became president. At Greggo, Rohrbach is a liaison between field personnel, the office and clients. As DCA president, she works to maintain unity among general contractors, construction managers, highway builders and commercial-industrial contractors to move the whole industry forward. Rohrbach served on the DCA board and executive committee for several years before assuming her current role. “Being elected the first woman president of DCA has been my greatest professional success,” she says. “It has been an honor to represent and work with the many dedicated members of our organization.”
