Three Sheets to the Warrior Pose is a lighthearted introduction to Vinyasa Yoga practice with the opportunity to unwind afterwards with special food and beverage offerings in our Upstairs Live venue while listening to great live music. We will move through a fluid sequence of postures that invigorate, strengthen and restore the body. We will pay particular attention to our breath throughout the hour of yoga as means of focusing the mind. This all levels class and is ideal for anyone who is interested in exploring yoga in a relaxed environment.
A note about our teacher…
Rick Fountas is a yoga instructor who has studied under One-Yoga, RYS with Susan Smith, MYI & ERYT One-Yoga.
He began practicing yoga in 1999 and is also dedicated to physical fitness. Rick has also performed regionally in musical theatre over the last 20 years where he found yoga not only strengthens his ability in dance, but also focuses his concentration. In his classes, Rick structures a balance between the Asanas (physical poses) and the focus on mind and spirit, allowing you to open your mind and focus on the present. He is currently teaching in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and is available for private sessions.
Each session is $17 + fees and includes 1 hour yoga session followed by a light fare, beverages, and live music in our Upstairs Live venue. Mats will not be provided and release forms must be completed prior to the yoga session. Purchase 8 sessions and pay only $100 + fees. Bring a group of 4 or more and receive a discount on single session tickets at $14 + fees per person (Available at our Box Office). Each session is capped at 30 people so get your session(s) today!
