The Racket Boys presents Charlie Field's Retirement Jamboree

Let's clear up a few myths about The Racket Boys. They were not born from the ashes of a Pheonix. They were born of women, like you and me. And, unlike you and me, they make music that is a blend of hip-hop and funk-rock that works so well it's flagged by the FDA for causing colon-melting euphoria.

The Racket Boys' very human story began when Kevin and Mark met in high school. But the Racket boys were not complete until Aj, Paul and Charlie joined in college. In the beginning the music was raucous, raw and fun. And in five years their sound has gotten tighter, the sound more sophisticated. Yet the vibe is just as fun.

In fact The Racket Boys followers are encouraged to get weird (like real weird; somewhere between side show and moonshine-drowned-West Virginia-family reunion). So please dance, bounce, bob and lean however you wish. Most importantly, enjoy the music.

The RBs have played shows all across the east coast sharing the stage with bands such as 3OH!3, K. Flay, Sirah, Long Miles, 3 Legged Fox, BioDiesel, Tweed, and Weekday Warriors
