| Description |
The Down Syndrome Association of Delaware presents the Run for the Buds! This event celebrates and supports individuals with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities, and is held every October to coincide with Down Syndrome Awareness Month. Event includes a 5K walk, 5K run, half-marathon, 2-3 person half-marathon relay, and a modified buddy run. All participants receive a t-shirt, and awards will be given to top finishers in age and gender categories. All half-marathoners will receive a quality finishers medal.
