You will look at your “Wheel of Life” and find out what you need and want from life, and – what it is right now. We look at the gaps, and work on strategies to bring your life back into balance. You will make exciting discoveries on this journey and develop a plan to reclaim and reboot your life.
Part 1 (Oct 7, 2012) focuses on finding out where you are right now and where you want to be. We use self-assessment tools, creative exercises and we benefit from the knowledge and wisdom of the group. You start working on your plan and develop the first steps to rebalancing your life. A group meditation helps you stay centered and focused.
Part 2 (Oct 21) goes even deeper. We work on your strategy and a detailed plan. We talk about tolerations and habits, new priorities and support structures. You learn skills that help you on your way. Self-Acupressure to keep you energized and focused. Communication skills for telling family and friends about the changes in your life.
