Possum Point Players is getting ready to bring audiences the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning, irreverent and tuneful satire of big business in 1961, jam-packed with sly, swift, and sharp humor in Frank Loesser and Abe Burrows’ musical comedy HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING.

HOW TO SUCCEED..., based upon the book by Shepherd Mead, follows the rise of J. Pierrepont Finch, who uses a handbook as his guide to climb the corporate ladder from lowly window washer to high-powered executive, tackling such familiar but potent dangers as the aggressively compliant "company man," the office party, backstabbing coworkers, caffeine addiction and, of course, true love.
The musical comedy features the talents of Andrew Hertzberg of Broadkill Beach; Paul Janiga of Dover; Alexis Waddy of Frederica; Leah Bollinger and Abigail Porter of Laurel; Mike Mahaffie, Lauren McLane, and Dick Pack of Lewes; Ashlie Workman of Long Neck; Karla Bradley Manhard, Lauren David, Dan Gaffney, Greg Manhard, Lorraine Steinhoff, and Kenney Workman of Milford; Natalie Lattanzi of Millsboro; John Zinzi of Milton; Steven Dow and Steven Perry of Rehoboth Beach; and John Moller of Wyoming.
The Production Team is led by co-directors Lorraine Steinhoff of Milford and John H. Hulse of Rehoboth Beach; musical conductor, Julie Fair Keefer of Milton; and stage manager Donna Flomp of Milton. More than 20 people help out with behind-the-scenes work to put this show on.
