Partner Event with Delaware Museum of Natural History: Delaware Mineralogical Society Gem Show

The Delaware Mineralogical Society will hold its 51st Annual Earth Science Gem and Mineral Show at Delaware Technical and Community College on Saturday, March 1, and Sunday, March 2. The show features educational exhibits of mineral, lapidar,y and fossil specimens, displays from regional and university museums, including the Delaware Museum of Natural History, a roster of fine dealers of minerals, fossils, gems, jewelry, and lapidary supplies, door prizes, demonstrations of gem cutting and polishing, and a children’s table, where kids may purchase inexpensive mineral and fossil specimens.  

The Delaware Mineralogical Society is a non-profit organization, affiliated with the Eastern Federation of Mineralogical and Lapidary Societies, and dedicated to learning and teaching about the earth sciences, rocks, minerals, fossils and the lapidary arts.


$6 adults; $5 seniors; $4 children
