In conjunction with “One Book One Philadelphia,” the Penn Museum offers an afternoon for visitors to experience the rich culture of Iraq. This celebration showcases music, literature, and art in Iraq from ancient to modern times.
Visitors can explore Iraq’s Ancient Past: Rediscovering Ur’s Royal Cemetery, featuring ancient Mesopotamian treasures from ca. 2500 BCE.
