Nemours BrightStart! offers free early literacy screenings for 3 – 5 year old preschool children at Nemours Pediatrics in Seaford, Delaware. The reading readiness screenings take about 10 minutes per child and measure critical language and print awareness skills. After the short 10-minute screening, parents will receive a free copy of “Is Your Child Ready to Read? Developing Literacy Skills at Home” and have the opportunity to talk with a Nemours BrightStart! early literacy expert.
