Prior to the January 13 Concert at 2:00 p.m. at the Wilmington Branch, join the Early Childhood Department for the January Jam – a free offering! Did you know music can tell a story? Prokofiev’s “Peter and the Wolf” (for piano four hands) and Ridout’s “Ferdinand the Bull” blend instruments with narration to create lively characters and capture the imagination. Featuring Michael Larkin, narrator; Liliya Maslov and Dr. Oleg Maslov, piano; and Kate M. Ransom, violin. Recommended for ages 4 and up.
